Employees of AHT Wisconsin Windows, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place by January 31st, 2024. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded consisting of home improvement work by AHT Wisconsin Windows up to $25,000 in value. (Total ARV: $25,000). Home improvements vary in cost and by project. The winners must use prize on home improvement services from AHT Wisconsin Windows – remaining balance not redeemable for cash. The winners will be notified by phone, mail and or e-mail and will be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, Content Assignment; Acceptance form and, where legal, Publicity Release. PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded for home improvements from AHT Wisconsin Windows for up to $12,500 in value; One (1) prize will be awarded for home improvements from AHT Wisconsin Windows for up to $7,500 in value; and one (1) prize will be awarded for home improvements from AHT Wisconsin Windows for up to $5,000 in value. If the home improvement project does not meet the total prize value, the remaining balance is not redeemable for cash. If the cost of the project exceeds the prize value, the winner is responsible for the remaining balance of the full cost of the project. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and fees that may apply. No transfer of prize by the winner is permitted. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize does not include basement, garage, or mobile home windows.

PUBLICITY/MARKETING: Except where prohibited, should you be a winner, your entry in this sweepstakes constitutes your consent for the Sponsor to use your name, photograph, opinion, hometown, and state for promotional purposes without payment.

CANCELLATION: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify this sweepstakes if: (a) a virus, bug, or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes; (b) fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion; and (c) any other circumstances, as determined by the Sponsor’s sole discretion, significantly impacting the integrity, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes.

RELEASE: By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its affiliated companies, suppliers, distributors, advertising or promotional agencies, employees and representatives/agents from any claims, demands, losses, cause of action and liabilities, including, but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of the preparation for, or participation in, this sweepstakes or misuse of any prize.
